1. Delivery to the United Kingdom
We deliver our automotive tuning parts and accessories to the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland and Wales.
Depending on the size, weight and type of the product, orders are shipped with:
- DHL
- DPD
- GLS
- international courier partners for oversized automotive parts
All products are carefully checked and professionally packed by TUNING-GT before dispatch.
2. Large automotive parts and oversized parcels
Many of our products are body styling and tuning parts made from materials such as GRP (glass fibre reinforced plastic), ABS or other automotive plastics.
Due to their size and shape, some products require special packaging and oversized parcel services.
This applies especially to:
- front spoilers
- rear spoilers
- bumper extensions
- side skirts
- body styling parts
3. Shipping costs to the United Kingdom
Shipping costs depend on the size and type of the ordered product.

4. Customs, Import VAT and Brexit information
Since Brexit, the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union customs area. All shipments from Germany to the United Kingdom are processed as international export shipments.
Additional import charges may apply when importing goods into the UK. These charges may include:
- UK Import VAT (currently approx. 20%)
- customs duty depending on the product classification (usually approx. 3–5% for automotive parts)
- customs clearance or handling fees charged by the courier
The final amount depends on the total order value, shipping costs and current UK customs regulations.

The exact customs and import charges will be calculated after the final order value is confirmed.
Where possible, these charges can be calculated and paid together with your order before dispatch. This helps to speed up customs clearance and ensures smoother delivery.
5. Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is shown in each product description.
Unless stated otherwise, orders are usually dispatched within 14 working days after successful payment.
Please note that customs clearance may extend the delivery time for shipments to the United Kingdom.
6. Delivery address and parcel tracking
Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct.
For large parcels and oversized automotive parts, we recommend checking the tracking information regularly.
7. Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing information or failure to collect the parcel, the shipment may be returned to TUNING-GT.
A new shipment can be arranged after consultation. Additional costs caused by incorrect delivery information or failed collection may be taken into account according to legal regulations.
8. Transport damage
Please check your parcel and product condition as soon as possible after delivery.
In case of transport damage, please contact us and provide:
- photos of the outer packaging
- photo of the shipping label
- photos of the complete product
- detailed photos of the damaged area
This helps us process the claim quickly with the courier. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
